Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute consultation (on the phone), so you can get a sense of whether or not we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether I will be able to help you or if you might benefit from a referral to a colleague better suited for your specific needs.

Reduced Fees

I do not offer reduced fees at this time but I can refer you to other providers or agencies that might be able to assist you.

Rates

This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes. I can offer longer sessions upon request and if my schedule can accommodate a longer session.

Insurance

I am currently in the insurance credentialing process. Please call or email to see if I can bill your insurance. In the mean time, I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Life happens and sometimes a late cancelation and no call/no show is unavoidable and I understand this. However, I reserve the right to discharge clients who chronically miss scheduled appointments.

Payment

Credit Card is accepted for payment at the time of service. You are responsible for co-pay and any services provided that are not covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company. I use Square to process Credit Card payments. I also accept Paypal and Venmo.
